Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the router accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, screws, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
